Jonathan’s trip to Brazil

“A man whose house is on fire does not busy himself with chasing rats. Attending a climate summit when the climate of the nation is scorching every Nigerian is a misplaced priority.
“What sort of investors do the President intend to attract to the nation when the entity called Nigeria is about to be no more?
The President should have delegated the summit to another key officer in his cabinet or even the Minister of Environment.
“Is it mandatory he attends the programme when his house is burning? It is worrisome and painful that President Jonathan seems relaxed in the face of escalating violence that is capable of disintegrating the nation

THE STATE OF THE NATION

There is something I want some persons to understand about my updates, especially when I talk about President Goodluck; I do what I do because a leader owe his people the obligation to follow his electoral promises. But above all, the security and live of his people must be his primary focus. I don't hate Goodluck as a person, after all, I did the best campaign for him during his 2007 election.

I developed more interest in Goodluck when he told us that he has no enemy or enemies to fight, and I guess that's why he choose to fight his friends that ensured the success of his election instead of fighting the real enemy - the Boko Haram.

I am not, and can never blame Jonathan over the Boko Haram insurgence, I am blaming him for not rising up as a man to fight his battle. The people they are killing are not animals, they are humans. As they say, action speaks louder than voice; Jonathan should seal up his mouth and plan quietly on how to end the insurgence of Boko Haramism in the country. After all, a barking Dog, they say, seldome bites.

Dear Jonathan, you gave us six months to restore the power sector during your campaign, but today, the power sector is worse than how your predecesor left it for you. The east-west road, the only road linking the south-south/south-west together is a death trap and you are comforatble with it because you always fly from Portharcourt to Yenagoa where you ply on the massive road constructions built by Chief Alamieyesiegha and Chief Timipre Sylva's government respectively.

Dear Jonathan, I am not asking for any human or infrastructural development, I am only asking for the security of our lives alone, forget about the properties, hence we are alive, we will definitely acquire the desired properties lost in a short.
